Computer Repair Service Agreement
You agree to be bound by the Terms and conditions mentioned here while Eids TV fix your computer system. Eids TV will only perform and provide computer services, repairs and upgrades as requested by the customer. Eids TV will conduct honest, reasonable and considerate services. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Computer Service/repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which you computer cannot be repaired. It will have to be rebuilt or upgraded. Examples: very old sytems, repair/replacement parts unavailable/obsolete (cover, LCD, Motherboards, Drives, etc.)
The length of time required to service/repair your computer cannot be predicted with accuracy as we often encounter additional issues during servicing systems.
You understand that in the process of working on your computer system, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored. Eids TV will not be responsible for data loss nor will Eids TV be responsible for restoring lost data.
Eids TV offers free estimates over the phone or e-mail.
For in home/on-site estimates there will be a $80.00 fee. If you decide at that time you would like Eids TV to work on your system, this fee may be waived.
Services/repairs (Computer/TV/Electronics) are billed as stated on the service order or invoice provided.
The most common services are charged by flat rate fees that can be found on the Services page of www.eidstv.com. Services not listed on the Services page may be charged by the hour. Our rate is $80.00 an hour.
There is a minimum charge of $80.00 for any house call made or any service performed.
Not all services can be completed on site and therefore, must be completed in our facility.
An estimate of cost for work will be provided before performing computer services/repairs. Estimates are not guaranteed.
In the case that there is an unforeseen deviation beyond the above estimated amount, every effort will be made to contact the customer and inform the customer of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop at that estimate limit.
In the case that you cannot be reached, work will be stopped until contact is established. Once you are reached; your decision to continue or stop will be honored by Eids TV.
All Remote Repair services must be paid before services are performed. If for any reason you are not satisfied or we cannot complete the service, you will get a full refund.
Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.
Computer parts, hardware, and software that need to be special ordered must be paid in advance.
Eids TV accepts cash, or check. You will be charged a $45.00 service fee for any returned check not honored by your bank.
Service(s) are provided in an effort to fix, upgrades, or otherwise repair the computer system(s) for which you request such service(s).
Your system will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your computer; not damage it.
In the case of accidental damage to your system, including data loss caused by already existing problems in your system such as a virus, poorly configured software, hardware problems or hardware failures; You agree to NOT hold Eids TV responsible to any of these pre-existing problems.
Please be aware that servicing a system in a facility like that of ours may void the original factory warranty(if any).
It is your responsibility to backup your data. Eids TV will not be responsible for data loss or any other damages.
Eids TV reserves the right to replace your system with similar or better system, in case of any accidental loss/damage.
All items must picked up within 30 days of initial invoice and will incur $1 per day storage fee thereafter. After 90 days from invoice date, the item will be recycled and Eids TV will not be held responsible for the loss of your item after 90 days..
In no case, Eids TV will be responsible for any more than the actual cost of the item, when purchased new, less depreciation.
Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance.
All Services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable, and timely manner. Also, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems.
Free support will be provided for problems to be resolved from the service ordered that were not resolved. After 30 days from the date on the invoice, Eids will no longer offer free support.
Warranty work will only be covered if it is related to the work on the invoice. Unrelated work will not be covered by the warranty and may be charged accordingly.
All services and repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the date on the invoice or the Service Order.
If later found that the service or repair was incorrectly diagnosed by the technician; then Eids TV will perform the repair/service free of any labor charge. Only parts will be charged if needed to correct the problem.
All used Laptops are sold with 30 days replacement Warranty.
